Orders outside the EU

We export all over the world. Orders placed from outside the EU are VAT- exempt and therefore do not pay 21% VAT at checkout.

Please note that overseas orders may be subject to customs duty charges when entering your country. We have no control over these charges.

 

Orders inside the EU to professionals

If you are inside the EU and have a VAT - number please enter it at checkout and we will make an invoice without VAT.

 

Shipping places, times and courriers

We ship from Antwerp, Belgium and from Limerick, Ireland.

We ship with DPD, except for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Asia, where we ship with PostNL. Shippings from Ireland to Ireland and United Kingdom will be with DHL

At Horse-world, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible we dispatch the same day. Some items will not be in stock and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive. In that case please allow upto 10 working days. We will send a tracking code as soon as the item is dispatched. If something is particularly urgent e.g. for a show, please contact us  and we will do our absolute utmost to get it dispatched urgently.

 

Out of Stock Items

Here at Horse-World our website is live; this means that generally only items in stock or en-route appear for sale. In the unlikely event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date for subsequent deliveries. If an item that is out of stock is part of a set, we will hold the matching item until the entire set is available and post to you at no extra charge. We will also endeavour to inform you immediately of any shortages.

 

Force Majeure
Horse-World shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Horse-World or Horse-World Ltd. its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.

 

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Please note that these items can't be exchanged unless faulty:

  • Embroidered Goods
  • Made to Measure Items
  • Bespoke items made in personalised colours
  • Sale Items

Please note: Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue and on the website. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide. Please contact us before returning any faulty items as we may be able to resolve via pictures or email.

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

Please note: Your returns number is your order number and all returns must be accompanied by order number. We guarantee that any returns received via DPD with correct order number will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days, but we will try and have it done within 48 hours of receipt by us of the return.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods are not returned back to us in a re-salable condition.
