Equine America monitors for the presence of specified naturally occurring prohibited substances (NOPS) as required under the rules of racing and other affiliated competitions which are in line with BETA NOPS guidelines. We ship with DPD, Bpost or PostNL inside Europe, Outside Europe we ship with BPost.

At Horseworldeu, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. How fast it is, depends on the available flights but in general it is under a week. If an item is not in stock of course it will be longer.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Please note that the below items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sales items

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

 

How to return Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

We will also provide you with the returns adress.

Returned goods are posted at your own expense.
